In November of 2005, thru your guidance I purchased a for sale by owner property in Kalispell, Montana. Properties of this nature are more complex, yet with your skill we completed contracts, met the needs of the elderly owner as well as our own. Mortgage companies are always entities unto themselves, yet with your diligence, all questions were answered in a timely manner. The deal was done! Please note, due to your assistance, this property is currently occupied by a tenant, with a one year's lease.

In April 2006, once again thru your office in Riverbend Realty, in Bigfork, Montana; I was able to purchase a second property. Unfortunately, this closing was a bit more interesting", under a bit more pressure than my first property purchase. Yet, in spite of all the difficulties we had to face due to my change of employment....I was able to close on a second property, in Bigfork, Montana. Denise your are one of those rare women who are able to balance knowledge with application and who is able to educate her client during the process.

Purchasing property whether it is for personal use, investment or for rental is intimidating; especially now when all indicators are for pulling out of the real estate market.
