Conrad is a third generation Montana native and was raised on his family’s cattle ranch north of Cascade, Montana. After attending Montana State University, studying Agricultural Business, Conrad operated the ranch until it was sold in 1977.

In 1980 he was lured to pursue his life long dream of wildlife photography. The 25 year career allowed him to travel extensively throughout this wonderful state. Conrad intimately learned about the beautiful land, farms, ranches, rivers, and lakes Montana is so well known for. He also enjoyed the opportunity to explore the great treasures of this area such as Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, the National Bison Range, as well as the Canadian jewels; Banff & Jasper National Parks.

Because Conrad’s grandfather owned property on Whitefish Lake, the Flathead Valley has been a favorite place for his family to visit for over 50 years. In 2006, Conrad, his wife and son moved to Bigfork where he became a Realtor and is now associated with RiverBend Realty. Conrad’s appreciation of this great state along with his knowledge of the diverse properties, lifestyles and communities combines to promote a professional, knowledgeable and smooth real estate transaction.
